Security Systems
Sophisticated electronic surveillance cameras provide 24 hour videotaped monitoring of the vault reception foyer and lobby areas. A variety of motion detection systems protect the facility after hours.
Vault door
The entrance into the vault is via a combination locked, 10 tonne, 30 cm thick stainless steel door.
Safe Deposit Box Keys
Safe deposit boxes are opened using a dual key locking mechanism. One key is inserted into the lock by the custodian and the other by the box holder. Each key is useless without the other. Without your key the box cannot be opened.
Custodian/Security Guard
The Central Vault has an experienced custodian on site during operating hours.
Privacy
Your privacy is of prime concern to us. Only you or a person you nominate will have access to what is stored in your safe deposit box. Private viewing rooms are provided where you can check the contents of your safety deposit box in complete privacy.
